Later is here to bring things back when you need them, not to ask you to manage another system.
Where are my reminders stored?
Reminders are stored on this device. Later does not require an account or cloud sync. If the app is deleted, data stored inside the app may also be deleted.
What if a notification does not arrive?
Open Settings, then Notifications, and make sure Later is allowed to notify you. Your reminder is still saved even when notifications are off. Also make sure its selected time has not already passed.
How do I use speech capture?
Tap the microphone button in the capture screen. Later asks for Speech Recognition and Microphone access only when needed. You can review both permissions in Settings under Privacy & Security. Typing is always available as an alternative.
How do I edit or delete a reminder?
Open the reminder list from the list button on the capture screen. Tap an item to edit it, or swipe it and use the context menu to delete it. Completed items remain in the Completed view.
Which iOS versions are supported?
Later targets iOS 17 and later. Depending on your device and system state, speech capture may not be available even when the rest of the app works.
Does Later have an account or cloud sync?
No. Later does not use accounts, advertising, or cloud sync. Reminders are stored on-device and notifications use iOS local notifications.

Your notes are yours.
Later keeps reminders on your device. Notifications are scheduled with iOS. Speech and microphone access are used only when you choose voice capture.
If you contact support, please do not include private reminder text in an issue or screenshot.
